The Relational Leadership Intensive
A Nine-Week Live Training Into The Art Of Masculine Relational Leadership

* The founding cohort is now forming, and enrollment is open to a small group of committed men.

ENROLL NOW
Has insecurity, people-pleasing habits, and losing your center kept you from staying grounded in the face of feminine intensity?

This work has helped thousands of men build the nervous system stability, grounded masculine presence, and relational leadership to lead their relationship without force, manipulation, or collapse and so can you.
The Real Problem Isn't Conflict

Conflict itself is not the problem.

The real problem is how a man relates to conflict once he gets activated. Most men either try to win conflict or avoid it entirely and both are reactive attempts to escape discomfort rather than stay grounded and connected.

The work is learning to stay present when it gets hard.

What Men Are Saying

"The purpose I now live with and the depth of intimacy in my relationship are directly connected to my work with Zat"

"It would be safe to say that my life would not be the same without my work with Zat. He was a pivotal role model for me and taught me what it means to be a truly embodied man in the modern world in a time where I truly needed it.

Our work together was the initiation into manhood that I had never received and always knew I needed. The purpose I now live with and the depth of intimacy in my relationship, along with the richness of my spirituality and abundance, are directly connected to my work with Zat.

Zat is truly a master of his craft. If you want to radically transform your relationship, yourself, and your life, Zat is the man to walk that path with."

~Allan McGrath Isbell - Embodiment & Polarity Teacher

"Today, I have two wonderful children, a beautiful, loving wife, and I genuinely love who I am"

"I started working with Zat coming out of a really toxic breakup, and honestly, I wanted to blame my ex for everything. I really thought I was the victim, but Zat helped me let go of that way of thinking.

One of the biggest things I learned through our work was radical self-responsibility, and my growth really took off the moment I stopped pointing fingers and started looking inward. That was uncomfortable, really uncomfortable, but it was exactly what I needed at that point in my life.

We went deep into many of the patterns and beliefs that had been running my life for years. He helped me build a much healthier vision for an intimate relationship, way beyond the limited way I was thinking about my future.

One of the most unusual and powerful things he suggested was an intimacy cleanse. No dating, no intimacy, nothing for six months. At the time, I thought he was completely crazy, but looking back, it was one of the best decisions and practices I've ever taken on because it forced me to rebuild my relationship with myself from the ground up.

The work was hard (and sometimes painful), but I slowly began to become a man I could actually trust.

When I started working with Zat, I was single and honestly found it hard to believe I would ever find a partner, have children, and build the kind of life I truly wanted.

Today, I have two wonderful children, a beautiful, loving wife, and I genuinely love who I am.

I am so grateful Zat was instrumental in my process, and I would not trade that work for anything."

~Simon Heeger, Award-winning composer and music producer

"There is more trust, affection, connection, and peace in our home now, and my wife finally feels emotionally safe with me again. This was some of the deepest and most life-changing work I have ever done"

"By the time I started working with Zat, my marriage felt like a war zone. I had almost no patience, would either get reactive or completely shut down. I had studied meditation and spirituality for years, but in real conflict everything collapsed.

Working with Zat forced me to confront the resentment, defensiveness, anger, and avoidance patterns that were wrecking connection. I learned how to stay present during conflict instead of reacting or disappearing emotionally. I learned how to embody the powerful man I always wanted to be.

There is more trust, affection, connection, and peace in our home now, and my wife finally feels emotionally safe with me again. This was some of the deepest and most life-changing work I have ever done."

~Edgar S, Vancouver

About Zat Elias

Founder Of Men's Wisdom Work

With over 30 years of experience in men’s work and personal transformation, Zat Elias is the founder of Men’s Wisdom Work and creator of the groundbreaking New Masculine program, one of the early online trainings dedicated to conscious masculine development, emotional embodiment, relational leadership, and sacred intimacy.

Zat was among the pioneering voices bringing men’s work into the transformational festival movement, leading workshops, immersive trainings, and international retreats at a time when this work was far less visible in mainstream culture.

Over the past three decades, he has guided thousands of men worldwide through men’s groups, mentorship, embodiment training, relationship work, and deep transformational processes focused on intimacy, purpose, emotional maturity, leadership, and spiritual development.

Holding a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology, and is a multi-certified yoga and meditation teacher with thousands of hours of additional training across:

• Embodiment and somatic practice

• Conscious relationship and sacred intimacy

• Shadow integration and emotional healing

• Nervous system regulation and breathwork

• Communication and relational leadership

• Meditation and contemplative practice

His work integrates contemplative practice, depth psychology, embodiment training, nervous system awareness, and relational inquiry into a grounded and deeply human approach to masculine growth and healing.

Rather than teaching performance-based masculinity, Zat’s work supports men in developing emotional capacity, embodied leadership, relational honesty, integrity, spiritual depth, and the ability to remain present through intimacy, challenge, and emotional intensity.

His teaching has been shaped through decades of study with respected teachers in the fields of embodiment, conscious relationship, meditation, and spiritual practice, including over a decade of immersion in the David Deida lineage, studies with Michaela Boehm and John Wineland, and more than two decades of Buddhist practice under the guidance of his root teacher, Pema Khandro Rinpoche.

Zat’s work and teaching have been featured on podcasts, workshops, international media platforms, and alongside respected voices in the fields of men’s development, relationships, embodiment, and conscious leadership.

His approach is known for being compassionate, direct, psychologically nuanced, spiritually grounded, and rooted in lived experience rather than theory alone.
